Flat to choppy water. No beach. The local kite club has a special launch technique: lay your line out on the street, then the kiter has to swim to a buoy with your bar, and the kite will be hold at the site of the street. Works only in North wind. Good in spring and fall. During summer only few days with a good thermal. Only in the months July and August you will find warm temperatures, wetsuit needed the whole year.
