Flat to choppy water. Big shallow areas. It is the ocean, but more like a lake. Several beaches around the point, which are small. But bigger grass areas next to it. Depending on the wind direction you choose your access around the point. Expect everything. This is Scotland: generally you need a 5mm steamer all year. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
