Nice flat water. Shallow for a bit. Need feet protection from oyster shells. Small sandy beach. Grassy area to rig on. Only good in East wind. Can be a little gusty as the fetch is not that long. Winter can be cold, down to freezing on occasion. Summer is hot, but with sea breeze. Water: Shallow, Flat. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
