The beach is nice and there is soft sand. There is a dune where you can put gear not in use. The shelf is good and there is no rocks or threes. There is enough space for landing or safety launch. Good in any northerly. According to the legend the name of Imbros comes from ancient Greek and means 'Windy Island'. Because of this it is also a suitable place for windsurfers and kitesurfers. Hot. In the summer 33°C even more and in the water 25°C. No wetsuit needed. You can surf all year, winter cold. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave.
