Flat to choppy water. Big shallow area. No beach, just grass. Launch from the shallow water to have more distance to the road. Best with N to W. Works also in a gustier offshore wind for perfect flat water. Air about 25°C during summer. Cold in winter. A wetsuit is almost always needed, summer a short or on hot days just shorts.
