Flat and shallow water. Clean water with some muddy bottom. Small beach, not much space. Summer light winds. Better in winter, some great riding with summer storm fronts. The season is from October till May. Only winter time when the season is you might need a shorty wetsuit when the cold fronts are going through during the air might be the lower 60°F and water around 70°F. Water: Shallow, Flat.
