Flat to choppy water. In the channel small waves. Many shallow areas around the point and across the channel around the others cays. Pay attention to the boats and current in the channel. During winter swells the outer reef can provide some great surf. Safety boat required. Best waves in January and February. Sandy beach with lots of space. Beach can be littered with Conch shells which easily damage your kite. If you are going to ride the waves to the NE be careful of shallow coral reef. Good trade winds during summer with 15-25 knots. During winter frontal winds. Best in a N-NE. Always warm and sunny. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
