The water is really flat or choppy with some wind. There's some grass, the space is little crowded on weekends. The season of good wind is from February to May, and when cold fronts enter. The wind is good from 1-6 pm on good seasons, and varies from 13 mph to 30mph, and usually the wind direction is most of the time crosshore and is comfortable in all directions, you can get the best spot depending on the wind direction.
