Concrete block house good for viewing in shade. Concrete pad off beach good for kite maintenance and roll up. Sideshore to side onshore. Wind shadow close to beach from the point. Normally shorts, on colder days shorty. Water: Mediumwave, Bigwave. Features: Rooms, Shop, Parking. Rider ability: Expert.
