Nice waves which can get really huge, but they break so far out that you can pick and choose how far (and big) you want to go. The inside on Coquille River offers smooth shallows and trusty little kickers. Be aware of currents on the river. Sandy beach with enough space. In general strong winds, you need small kites here. Many days per week. Season from spring thru fall. Always need a full wetsuit 5/3mm or so. Air temps from 50-70°F. Water in the 50's°F all year round. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
