The strength is relative as the direction is more important, as soon there is Northerly direction in it you can add 1-2 Bft to the forecast, due to Hurghada's geography. So watch the direction and then the strength. Season is in fact all year, although April till September are the best months (although can be very strong wind up to 8 Bft).
