Flat to choppy water. Gravel beach with a meadow behind it. Works with NW, W, S and SE winds. At the Bodensee suddenly storms can hit. Therefore a storm warning system has been created, using orange flashing lights, and ships put up a balloon on the mast. Look out for these signals to avoid getting into problems. Nice in summer, cold in winter. Wetsuit almost all year-round. Water: Flat, Chop. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
