Flat to choppy water. The pebbles beach is about 150m long, and depending on the water level 10 to 100m wide. Trees close by. It gets packed during summer. The main directions are W and SW. Sometimes warm wind from South. At the Bodensee suddenly storms can hit. Therefore a storm warning system has been created, using orange flashing lights, and ships put up a balloon on the mast.
