Denham Lookout is no deeper than chest, great for beginners and intermediates. Long, sandy beach. Plenty of room at the lookout and no obstacles It's the most consistent breeze and can blow up to 35+ kts. Most days are around 18-25 kts. Summer winds are in for about 6 months of the year. Predominantly Southwesterly with 15-35 knots from October to March. Summer is hot and sunny, so boardies only, due to the shallow bays water temp gets up to 29-30°C in summer. In winter it's the reverse and temps get down to 15°C. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
