Fingal Bay has two spots, surf on one side calm the other. A sandbar separates the two and you can jump it at high tide. Plenty of uncrowded room. Dolphins in the water year round. Sandy beach, large sandbar, excellent launch and land area. Northeast summer sea breeze is the best, can be ridden in Southeasterlies, 15-25 knots in general. Generally a summer spot due to offshore wind in winter months. A spring suit is usually enough. Water around 21°C, air 25-30°C. Water: Shallow, Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Shop, Rescue, Shower, Toilet, Food. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
