Clean blue water. OK all tides, not much sand at high tide, waist deep low tide. Quite flat at low tide, up to 2 foot chop, no surf. Don't go too far South, as the water gets deep quickly. Some shells. Launch/land on the sand away from road and power lines. Enough room for self launching/landing. 3 times a week, often light, need big gear, usually NE or SW. NE best but must be 25-30 knots in city to be good here. Wind is often 10-20 knots, some days more. Summer 10-25°C, a wetsuit needed even during summer. Season runs form October until May, usable off-season, less wind, cold. Water: Shallow, Chop. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
