This island has no waves. Flat to choppy water. No beach at Ponta das Canas, you have to access the water from a pier. It is not that bad. If the wind is South there's Siruba or Pereque have small beaches. It's not the safest place but the wind is very constant there. Best wind direction is Northeast. Best winds from July to December. A wetsuit is recommended in winter, July to October. Temp around 25°C all year. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Shop, Rescue, Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
