Very nice waves. No beach, you need to access the area by coming from Lancelin. Summer is the best time to kite in Perth. Summer starts in December and finishes in March. During the summer Perth gets the Infamous 'Fremantle Doctor' - 'the most consistent wind in the world', making it ideal kitesurfing conditions. It's just like clockwork, coming in between noon from SW, and 3 pm. Giving you somewhere between 15-25 knots (average) a day. You maybe able to get some days in during the winter time, however with strong, gusty, and squally winds, it maybe difficult. Not to mention the rain. The weather ranges from hot in summer (42°C) to mildly cold (4°C) in winter, which implies that we enjoy terrific weather almost all year round. Summer: warm water, no wetsuit. Winter: cold water, long wetsuit. Water: Mediumwave. Features: None. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
