Bayview Park is for advanced riders ONLY, due to power lines less then 100 ft away, parking lot, tennis courts, cars and buildings less then 50 ft. away. Also 4 lane highway 100 ft. away). No room for error. Riders must be completely self-sufficient. Famous New Jersey warm southerly thermal winds blow on average 2-3 times per weeks in May, June and July. Best wind directions are SW (strong thermals), SE, S (very good), W (very choppy and gusty), NW, N and strong NE. From April/May to end of November you will see favorable conditions. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Shop, Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
