Works well both high tide and low. Shore break and chop. Good for wave riding to the south of the bay. Beginners have to be confident enough to go through big breaking waves with board and kite. Be aware of the buoys and fisher nets. The beach width may vary in size year on year. Generally a good safe beach. Mainly sideonshore winds with anything from 10-25 knots can get gusty to the back end of the day. Super warm all year round between 25-30°C. Water: Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave.
