Beautiful water. Very long and natural beach. Lots of space. NE sea breezes are the best can be from 10 knots but usually in summer (December to March) 20-30 knots 3-4 days a week. This direction is really steady and strong and perfect sideshore on port tack with great waves. You can also kite here in SE and Southerly wind but it is not as consistent. December to April is best for NE sea breeze very regular. Winter is mainly offshore westerlies can be very good surf then and you can kite in Coles Bay only 20km away in Westerlies. The water averages between 13°C in winter and 20°C in summer depending on season. Air can range from 12-26°C but can occasionally get into 30's°C. Summer average is 22°C - winter very rarely colder than 14°C. You need a spring suit in summer and 4/3 steamer in winter. Water: Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
