A sand bank outside the port creates great waves, which easily gets 3-5 m in good conditions. Not for beginners though. The beach is very crowded during summer weekends, and kite launching difficult. Winter months are perfect. This is a winter spot. Usually westerly winds. Sometimes easter wind also. The spot is suitable for both directions. Air in winter 20°C, in summer between 25 and 35°C. Water between 18°C in winter and 23°C in summer. Winter long wetsuit, summer shorty or shorts, rest of year shorty. Water: Mediumwave, Bigwave. Features: Camping, Rescue, Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
