Flat to choppy water. Small waves with stronger winds. Good big beach. Several miles long. Sharp grass after 100 ft. Stop kiting and walk upwind once you see the hotel since the beach gets real narrow up there and rocky. Almost all the time the wind blows every day in the spring and fall about 10-25 knots gusty but ok to ride. The place to be on a North wind if you want the cleanest wind other than Montrose. Mostly sunny with little rain. Very warm in the summer but cold in spring and fall. Water: Flat, Chop, Smallwave. Features: Rooms, Rescue, Toilet, Food. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
