Perfect flat water! Shallow areas. No longer considered a beginner spot due to extreme crowding, especially in summer - locals will ask beginners to find an alternate spot. Possibility for waves if you're willing to sail a moderate distance to the outside spots. Mostly sand, some rocks to the west. Some shells. Can be rather crowded on good days. You can land your kite behind some trees. SW is the dominant direction in the summer time, and a good direction for the spot. The wind is often not strong in July and August apart from days now and then. Better sooner/later in the season. Season from April/May to October. Wetsuit needed, except perhaps some days in Juli/August. Surfing in the winter is possible if there is no ice, but cold of course. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Camping, Toilet, Food. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
