Goes from flat to choppy to the odd day with very nice waves. Very shallow. Open sandy beach approximately 2.5 km long. Wide beach that leaves about 80m of beach at low tide. Plenty of parking and places to rig up. Usually sideonshore or onshore. Water is warm in summer, wetsuits in winter 3mm/2mm. Summer (November to March) is the best season. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave. Features: Shop, Rescue, Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
