Quite flat, very little tide movement. No beach. All deep water boat launching. Very few kiters but well organized. You can launch from Crescent Beach at low tide south wind when power lines are 1/4mile downwind. Very consistent in summer due to natural venturi. 8-20 knots in summer. The winter has gusty 10-35 knots, more difficult sailing. Always from South or North. Water 57°F in summer, 47°F in winter. Sailing all year. Full wet or drysuit needed. Water: Flat. Features: None. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
