Awesome flat water spot with shallow area. Sandy beach. Small launch area, use caution self landing/launching. Can get crowded in the summer. Be sure not to leave your kite/lines in the way of the others. Works in NE, E, SE and S. Winter can be cold...down to freezing on occasion. Summer is hot, but with sea breeze. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
