This place has an actual reef break. There are 5 sets of worm coral parallel to the beach extending for about a 1/2 mile to St. Lucie Inlet. At low tide, the closest reed is exposed for about 200 yards. Inside is butter, outside jacks huge! This is an advanced only spot for sure. It's just south of a known Florida surf break called the 'Rocks'. Lots of aggressive bull-sharks, be warned. Beach varies from 20feet wide at dead-low to zero beach at high tide. Lots of beach goers, expert only spot. An onshore spot only! Spring: Southerly to Eastern components dominant. Fall: Northern and Eastern, not super strong but all kites will be used in a season. Typical South Florida weather. Water temp low 70's°C in winter, mid to high 80's°F rest of year. The air in summer is not so hot and squalls are almost daily. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Shower, Toilet, Parking. Rider ability: Expert.
