With tide going out it is always best. When tide is all the way out more rocks are visible so best either coming or going. Small sized sandy beach. High tide doesn't leave much room to launch or land. It's Taiwan...there is always wind. the water stays warm all year. You need neoprene for the wind chill in the fall/spring. Winter is chilly but nice. Your skin can burn all year, so have sun protection. Water: Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Food. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
