Narrowish beaches but wide enough for safe launches and landing. Only obstacles are volley ball nets, or small boats in water. Easy to handle for intermediate to advanced. The beach is next to Scallywag restaurant, is not so long but wide enought for land and launching the kite, is the best place for kitesurfing around the 3 Gilis, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan, there are no rocks or coral hazards, and not tide dependent. The wind increase in May and stops in November with the peak in July, August and September with up to 40 knots, average speed 17-19 knots. The water temperature is almost the some for the all year, about 28-30°C. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave, Bigwave. Features: Rooms, School, Rental, Rescue, Toilet. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
