Choppy water, and with northerly wind small waves, breaking on a sandbar, about 100m from shore. Some small boats are anchored in the bay. Do not surf in the shipping channel, well marked with buoys. Look out for swimmer during July and August. Further west behind the harbor is a flat water area with northerly winds, where the waves get blocked by a rocky mole. But look out for fisher nets. Stay away from the bridge. Look out for the current closer to the bridge. Small, sandy beach, with pebbles and some shells. Not much space. To the west some bigger stones on the waterline. Mainly westerly depressions. Best with a NE wind, which is not too often, but can blow any time throughout the year. It normally blows some days in a row, when a high pressure system is above the Baltic Sea, also bring nice, sunny weather. A wetsuit is always needed. Water: Chop, Smallwave. Features: Food. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
