With low tide glass flat water with very shallow areas, great skim boarding area for the low winds. Easy waves at high tide. Lots of shallow water, perfect for learning. Small amount of sand available at high water. Sandy beach for miles at low water. Works in anything from a Westerly to a Northeasterly. Can be used on Southeasterly and Southwesterly but only at low tide, there are two sand bars running out to water line either end of the beach, which are safe for landing and launching. Best winds in autumn and spring. Cold in winter, average 5-9°C. Decent summer from May to September can vary from 16-26°C. Year round kiting. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
