Flat to choppy. Shallow depending on tides. Only really worth it around high tide. At low tide you have to walk through the mud. Big sandy beach, lots of space. Very nice winds with southerlies. Works from S over W to N. Typical UK weather. Winter thick wetsuit, high summer can be shorts and lycra only. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate.
