This is a light-medium wind area and the best conditions for riding would be in June to August, when the Mara'amu wind, from the South, blows stronger than the trade winds. You don't need a wetsuit but for a day on the water a UV protected rash vest is a good idea. Water about 27°C. Water: Shallow, Flat, Smallwave, Mediumwave.
