Flat to choppy in lighter winds. The swell pitches nicely when it blows. Shallow sandy bottom for quiet a bit. Miles of shallow sandy beach. Lots of space. Wind can be nice and lofty in the summer on southerlies. Fall, spring and winter are awesome here too! Southeast, South and East work. Nice and steady winds.
