It is a small narrow island out in the middle of the Koro Sea with a fringing reef 360 degrees with many wave breaks. Several powder-soft white sand beaches around the 110 acre island. There are only 6 huts on the island, but the windy season is the low season so "crowds" are unlikely. Steady winds. From June to September it gets steady trade winds with 15-25 knots. Several beaches are wind exposed with differing angles to the wind, so you can easily kite from one beach to the other. The water temperatures have around 75°F during winter (July and August). Average temperature for the rest of the year is around 80-82°F. Average air temperature is 80-85°F. In November to May (spring/summer). In June to September (winter) the average is 72-78°F. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Mediumwave. Features: Rooms, Shower, Toilet, Food. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
