Nahuel Huapi Lake / Bariloche

Mind the stones when you get into the water. Can be slippery. Big lake, always with plenty of space. Mix of sand, pebbles and rocks. No big crowds. Wind all year round. February (summer) one of the best months (good winds and perfect temperature). Winter (June to August) can get very cold. Probably will need a hood. Summer is fine, great temperatures. You will have to wear a wetsuit even if the water is warm. Water: Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Rooms, Camping, School, Shop, Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
