Shallow and flat water. Small waves breaking close to shore. Look out for red jellyfishes. Wide beach at low tide. Very long beach. Many spots to launch from. The biggest beach can be found further south. Good wind (given for 15-25 knots) from November to March. Humidity is always high, even though it's easier to bear during the cold season during which the sun shines.
