Agger Lake

Nice flat water. Choppier in the middle of the lake. The lake is about 7x8 km big, lots of space. No beach, just grass. Several access points. Good area is just behind the dam to the ocean. Any strength possible with depressions. Best winds in fall and spring. Summer lighter. Any directions works here, best are westerlies. At the launch to the west side of the lake, close to the ocean, westerlies will be offshore. Best direction: NW. Big fun factor in strong NW winds, then you will get a second lift when jumping close to the shore/dam. The season goes from April to November. In that time air from spring 10-20 C°, in summer up to 30 C° and autumn 10-16 C°. Water spring 8-13 C°, summer 18-23 C°, autumn 8-14 C°. You always need a wetsuit. You can go out off-season but it will be very cold, a thick wetsuit or better drysuit, mask, shoes and gloves recommended. The water here is a bit warmer during summer than in the ocean.
