Low tide is no problem at this spot. After 300m you can find a wide deep water area, always kiteable. Private beach, no swimmers or other tourists. On the left hand is a public beach, on national holidays you can find some local families. Close to the beach stony ground after 2m its getting sandy and just some small stones to find.
