It has wind from mid November till beginning of April. But the best time to go for wind is between December and February when the wind is at its best. November winds are very unpredictable, but December, January and February are very consistent. Mainly NE winds, gustier with E Winds. During off season SW winds. Generally, the best time to travel is from the middle of December to the middle of May (off-season for typhoons). It's hot all year round. The water is warm and no wetsuit is needed.
