There also is a flat water spot when it's high water (Vloed) inside "Het Zwin". It's really nice in there to practice some new tricks. Keep an eye on the wave breaker to the right. Nice, big space enough with low tide, high tide less space. Sandy beach. Safely launching no problem. Gusty, can be strong. Depends on depressions. Best direction: westerly winds. Sideshore with SW and NE. Overall wetsuit: 5/3mm. Summer time (July/August) you can ride in a shorty. Season April to November. Temperatures: water from 8-22°C,air from 8-30°C degrees. Depends on which month. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave. Features: Camping, Shop, Rescue, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
