Djerba / The Lagoon

Huge lagoon with shallow water and sandy/muddy bottom. Flat water, with stronger winds it gets choppy. The lagoon is separated by a peninsula from the ocean. You need to ride 3 km to get there, then walk 200m over the sand and then you can ride the ocean. Big sandy area. Lots of space. Clean sand, no obstacles. Main wind direction is Northeast and sideshore at the main beach. But every direction is rideable. Wind all year, but best and reliable winds in spring to autumn. Spring to autumn just shorts or sun protection. Otherwise a shorty is all you need. Sunny and warm. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
