Kind of dirty water. Keep your mouth closed. Deep when you get outside the jetties. Jetties spaced down the beach. Some debris on the beach as well. Can walk out just past the jetties to launch. Lots of fisherman off the rocks nearby so stay away from them. Watch the meter at Hart Miller Island for best info. Basically Maryland seasonal weather. Water: Chop, Smallwave.
