Ft Pierce South Jetty

Smooth inside the jetty on north wind, reef break on outside. Wide beach, mostly coarse sand, some shells. Steep drop off to water, no easy entry, be careful. 2 good days a week is possible during the season. Only good with Northwest, North and Northeast wind. Year-round possible but more predictable from September thru June. Summer hot (90's °F air 80's °F). Rest of the year a light full or spring wetsuit with water in the upper 60's to low 70's °F. Air can range from 80's to 40's °F depending on the fronts. Water: Flat, Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
