Not much of a tide difference, it won't affect the kiting. Very flat on a Southwest to West wind which is common. No waves just boat chop. Very small beach. Soft sand with few rocks if none. Grass behind the beach and then houses. It's an inter coastal bay area. Most days 12-13 knots, 2 or 3 days a week you can count on 15-20 knots. Southwest is see breeze, West or Southwest is good. July to September in the 70's-90's°F and kitable for about 5 months. Always bring a wetsuit but you will be fine when it's warm. The water warms up really warm in late June and stays warm till mid to late October but you can still kite with a wetsuit an extra two months. Water: Flat. Features: Rescue, Food. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
