Fun slick behind river jetty for S winds. Waves mature further downwind of the jetty. Riding inside the jetty is not recommended (small; boat traffic; rocky breakwall) Very crowded beach during hot summer days, especially weekends. Always plenty of room to rig and launch, but use extreme caution moving to the water near beachgoers. Erosion fences will be present during the colder months. Buggy riding possible (but rare). Long sandy shoreline for miles in both directions, but beware sharp dune grass will puncture kites. Water: Flat, Chop, Smallwave. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
