There is a beach 100 meters from the Liman (salty lake), and it is a Black Sea beach, very wide and sandy. Liman it has lots of places for a launch. Just pick your launch depending on the wind conditions. The most winds are in September and October. Any direction of wind are good for kitesurfing here.
