Lagoa dos Patos

Sweet water lake. It fills up during the rainy season and becomes very big. Then during dry season the water level gets lower and lower, then windsurfing is not recommended. Best winds from August to January. In January it can drop, all depends on the rainy season. Once the dunes are wet, it has no wind. Once it is dry it blows. Strongest winds in August and September with over 30 knots. Then it slowly drops until January. Wind can be gustier the closer you go to the upwind end of the lake. Water: Shallow, Flat.
