Flat water due to the jetty. At the end of the jetty a sweet waves roles in. Shallow for about 100m. Quiet busy on weekends. Small launch, not for beginners. Quiet some people on the beach, specially during the weekend. The wind blows offshore here, but rescue is available. Winds normally increase in the afternoon. The wind here is a bit stronger than the spots further east. Don't ride too far into the wind shadow of the buildings, big turbulences. Very warm water year round.
